Our Counseling & Therapy Services

Play Therapy (Ages 3–9)
Play Therapy as defined by the Association for Play Therapy (APT) is “the systematic use of a theoretical model to establish an interpersonal process.

Tween Support
Tweens are in a developmental stage that can feel confusing — physically, emotionally, and socially — and sometimes overlooked because they are not quite children and not yet teens.

Teen Counseling
Adolescence brings rapid change — emotionally, socially, and academically — and teens may struggle to make sense of it all.

Adult Counseling
Adult counseling offers a collaborative and compassionate environment for individuals seeking support with life stressors, emotional concerns, relationships, transitions, or personal development.

Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT)
Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT) is a structured 10-week program designed to help parents better understand and connect with their child through therapeutic play and skill-building.

Telehealth Services
I am currently licensed in Texas, Colorado, and Washington and able to provide telehealth counseling services to residents of those states, regardless of your location within them.
Compassionate Support for Life’s Most Sensitive Experiences

Many individuals and couples facing infertility or pregnancy loss feel misunderstood, isolated, or overwhelmed.

Military & Veteran Family Support
Military and veteran families face experiences and stressors that can be difficult to fully understand without living them.

Parenting Support & Training
Parenting is rewarding — but it can also be challenging. Our parenting support and training services give caregivers practical tools, insight, and encouragement to navigate behavioral concerns
Thoughtful, Relationship-Based, and Developmentally Appropriate Care
We believe that meaningful change begins with connection. Our therapeutic approach is rooted in creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued.
For children, play is their natural language. Through evidence-based play therapy techniques, we help children express emotions, process experiences, and build healthy coping skills.
For teens and adults, therapy is collaborative and goal-oriented. We work together to increase insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges.
We also believe that caregivers play an essential role in a child’s healing journey. Parent collaboration and guidance are integrated into the therapeutic process whenever appropriate.
Safe & Supportive Environment
A space where clients can openly express thoughts and feelings without judgment.
Individualized Care
Each treatment plan is tailored to the unique needs, strengths, and goals of the client.
Collaborative Process
Therapy is a partnership — working together to foster lasting growth and resilience.
