Therapy that meets you where you are — in the comfort of your own space.

Telehealth

I am currently licensed in Texas, Colorado, and Washington and able to provide telehealth counseling services to residents of those states, regardless of your location within them. Through secure online sessions, you can access compassionate and professional support for a variety of concerns — from anxiety and stress to family or personal challenges — without needing to come into the office.

I am currently licensed in TX, CO, and WA and am able to provide telehealth services to any resident of TX, CO, or WA regardless of their location within those states. Telehealth provides the opportunity to expand the access to counselors that may not be local to one’s area or to seek specialities that cannot be found in one’s area. Many people also find in person counseling to be intimidating and telehealth can feel like a safer space to allow for more people to reach out for help and support.

I have offered and provided teleheatlh services since 2018, however, the COVID-19 pandemic significantly highlighted the importance, value, flexibility, and effectiveness of telehealth services.

I typically only offer teleheatlh services to adults, but have met with some teens and tweens through telehealth with success. If you are interested in telehealth services for your child, please reach out to have a discussion regarding whether or not telehealth would be an appropriate fit for your child.
